If you select the Fix-it booking option, the transaction is final. Neither the fee paid nor the credit deposited is refunded in the event of booking update or cancellation.
If you choose the Flex-It booking option, the transaction is fully REFUNDABLE OR REINSTATED up to 24 hours before check in. Any monetary amount related to the transaction will be RETURNED/REINSTATED to your account as a monetary credit and any Deposit Credit will be returned to your account with the original expiry date. You will need to notify us via telephone or email at least 24 hours before the check-in, if you wish to cancel the booking, in order to receive the benefits of this booking type.
